We are currently looking for someone to fill the role of Marketing Manager to develop our brand!
Responsibilities:
• Set monthly STRATEGIC marketing target for the company.
• Conduct internal and external micro research.
• Sharing of best practices to improve business results.
• Develop products; identify need and trends related to Denaki’s product.
• Share feedback and Market Trends to help improve and fine-tune the product as per customer requirements.
• Sourcing for clients and maintaining them.
• Building a distributor / re-seller list for our brand & product.
• Creating brand awareness
• Communicating with target audiences and managing client relationships.
• Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies for effective sales initiatives.
• You will have the responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the development and guidance of your team that will see targets reached in a broad range of disciplines
• Will Identify, negotiate and implement new strategic partnerships within Lagos and other states to drive revenue and profit growth.
• Manage the sales team by providing leads and scheduling appointments, ensure sales teams hit target.
• Prospect, qualify and approach target regional businesses, media and other relevant organisations to increase overall sales.
• Undertake detailed monitoring of retail performance through sale agent accounts, with accountability for the delivery of budget
• Create and maintain detailed weekly/monthly sales reports to ensure the full spectrum of performance, by owned accounts, is accessible at all times and easily communicable to other internal parties.
• Perform and Analyze market research to identify market requirements for products.
• Develop and follow strategic accounts and create new sales growth opportunities.
• Direct advertising, media and literature development and release.
• Organize trade shows, assign staffing, booth layout and work trade shows.
• Devise, plan, develop, manage and deliver a wide range of marketing campaigns
• Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2-3 years marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent office and administrative skills
• Active social skills across several social media platforms
• Minimum of OND in any related discipline
• Candidates currently in the NYSC can also apply.
• Preferably a female candidate that is resident in Lagos
• Passionate about all things fashion related
• Good computer skills (knowledge of internet and social media specifically)
• Highly creative with a pleasant attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be of high integrity and highly organized
• Must be self-driven and marketing oriented
• Ability to develop new ideas, and take initiative
• Should be able to work with little or no supervision
• Be able to meet reasonable targets
