Pick of the Week! Berry Perry Bra & Brief Set

A Few of My Favourite Things!

So it has been a while since I have updated the blog.

Someone asked me about a few of my favourite things, and of course I had the usual answer of exercise, food, alcohol, tea and so on. But that question got me thinking about my favourite lingerie pieces and favourite lingerie designers. So here goes! My top lingerie items...

• Claire Petitbone - Wedding dresses & fine Lingerie designer. I stumbled across one of her pieces, and I can honestly say I haven't come across any piece from here that I’m not lusting over. Her bridal lingerie collection just leaves me breathless.   

     

• The SS13 collection by La Perla. Ok, pretty much every collection by La Perla, but the lookbook was sublime. It was pretty much fashion meets Lingerie. The colours, the model, it came together beautifully. When I do come up with a collection, I pray it makes people feel the way this collection made me feel 

 

 

• The Carine Gilson Robe worn in the Skyfall Movie. I LOVED the skyfall movie, it was touching and I love how they broke it down and took it back to the basics of who James Bond is. I loved the movie even more when this robe came on screen. Then i looked into Carrine Gilson, and her pieces are pretty darn good. 

 

• Mimi Holliday by Damaris. This was my introduction to fine lingerie. I bought my first Mimi Holliday bra & knickers set back when I was uni, and I was in Love. I love that their basic styles do not change, but the way they play with colours, the feel of the fabrics they use. Their sizes do run a little small, so if you are going to purchase a Mimi Holliday anything, make sure it fits.
